Is the pocket watch included?
No. AURE sells strap systems only. The AP x Swatch Royal Pop pocket watch is not included.

Is AURE affiliated with AP or Swatch?
No. AURE is an independent accessories brand. AURE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Audemars Piguet, Swatch, or any related collaboration.

Which strap systems are available?
AURE offers three strap systems: Engineered Polymer Link, Performance Rubber, and Signature Leather.

What is the Engineered Polymer Link bracelet made from?
The integrated link bracelet is made from TPU-based engineered polymer, designed to be lightweight, structured, and color-matched to the selected pocket watch model.

What is the rubber strap made from?
The Performance Rubber strap is designed using soft-touch rubber / TPU-based material with a textured finish.

What is the leather strap made from?
The Signature Leather strap uses a textured leather-style finish with color-matched adapter components.

Is this a preorder?
Yes. This is a first-batch preorder. Orders will be fulfilled after production validation and quality control.

When will my order ship?
Estimated production and shipping timing will be confirmed after the first batch is validated.

Can I choose my colorway?
Yes. You can select your pocket watch colorway and strap system before checkout.

Are there different versions for 12 o’clock and 3 o’clock crowns?
Yes. The strap system is designed according to the crown position of each pocket watch model.

Can I return my order?
Returns and cancellations are subject to the store return policy. Please review the return policy before placing your preorder.
